American Piledriving Equipment is a full-service pile manufacturing company, and we distribute products throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.
The Shop Support is responsible for performing multiple tasks for various departments, must have a willingness to learn, be comfortable with receiving direction with a can-do attitude, be comfortable with working overtime last minute, and have some previous experience in equipment mechanics.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Be comfortable with switching tasks often and performing multiple different job duties.
- Be comfortable with rig hoses and various equipment for lifting with Crane.
- Utilize various hand tools such as torches, drills, and any other that may be required within a manufacturing environment.
- Assist in operating manufacturing equipment as required.
- Perform/assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as required.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the environment and job sites can be loud.
